Everyone keeps talking about how the real estate market is so slow, so depressing, so weary. Nothing is selling. Woe is me. I am tired of listening to the complaints. I would rather focus on the postitive rather than the negative. Infact, 2006 was a record year for the real estate market in Northern KY. In 2008 we still have 75% of that market, so the picture is not grim. When the market slows you just have to work harder and be creative. When life throws you lemons, make lemonade.
